Group Internal Audit (GIA) is looking to strengthen the team with an Auditor with solid background within System Development with focus on Secure System Development Life Cycle (SSDLC) . You will be part of the global audit team and report to Head of Technical and IT Audits. The role is placed at Scania Headquarter in Södertälje, Sweden and includes international traveling.
You will work in an interesting global environment with an opportunity to overview the whole Scania organisation. GIA belongs functionally to the CFO with a reporting line to the Audit Committee of the Scania Board. Internal auditing is an independent and objective assurance and consulting activity designed to add value and improve the organisation's operations. It aims to help the organisation to accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the processes for risk management, internal control, and governance.
Main responsibilities
Plan and perform risk based audits covering the global Scania organisation System Development processes and IT infrastructure
Identify and communicate risks to local and global management
Recommend corrective steps that address identified risks
Follow-up and ensure that corrective actions are implemented within a given time frame
Develop and improve the IT audit methodology and processes
Share knowledge and experiences from performed audits
Profile
You have an academic education and several years of working experience from system development with relevant certification (e.g. MCSD/MCSE or OWASP). Experience of auditing is considered a further qualification.
You work in an organised and structured way. Have good collaborative skills, high integrity and are prestige less. Able to take initiatives, prioritise and meet deadlines. You also have good communication skills and the ability to see details and how they interact in a holistic view.
You will work in an international and multicultural environment, therefore it is important that you have an open mind and curiosity for different socio and economical environments. Fluency in both written and spoken English is required. Knowledge of Swedish, German and also other languages are considered as further qualifications.
