In your role as system engineer at Driver Information and the instrument cluster, you are a member of a tight development team which is responsible to deliver the whole software package of the instrument cluster incl. functionality.
Qualifications:
As a system engineer your main objective is to design and specify software requirements for in-house development teams. You develop interfaces and define signals within driver information system, ensuring seamless integration with existing and future vehicle models.
We believe you are a true system engineer who is motivated by challenging tasks in a complex and innovative environment. You have an interest in creating a harmonized system design.
You enjoy designing solutions in collaboration with your team and can communicate effectively with all types of stakeholders. You are analytical and a problem-solver - aware that there are multiple solutions to a problem. You should be able to work with all the above-mentioned responsibility areas in the team.
For this position experience from system design in automotive is required. You communicate well in English and have an M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in Electrical engineering, Physics, Computer Science or equivalent. You have a valid European driver’s license B.
Knowledge of CarWeaver, distributed electrical systems and electrical architecture and functional safety ISO 26262 is beneficial- It’s also meritorious if you are familiar with C++ and testing methods.
