System Engineer

CEVT is an innovation centre for the future cars of the Geely Group with the purpose of being at the forefront of new developments in the automotive industry. Since 2013 CEVT has grown rapidly and now keeps some 2000 people busy. China Euro Vehicle Technology AB is a subsidiary of Zhejiang Geely Holding Group.

Job descripton:
Perform system development of EE sub-systems to meet functional requirements
Specify EE components that meets design, functional, environmental, mechanical, cost, weight, quality, and system safety requirements.
Work closely with purchasing department and our suppliers to find cost effective solutions that meets the project time plan.
Specify and follow up testing and validation at suppliers and at CEVT.
Support the defined release routines and release plans.

Job Requirements:
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in mechatronic eng., electrical/software eng. software or similar
Experince from automotive development
Communication in English (oral and written)
Problem solving skills
Customer perspective
Ability to assess different technical solutions within assigned function area
Structured and meticulous
