System Engineer

Today we deliver to different automotive brands in the Geely family such as Geely Auto, Volvo Cars, and Lynk & Co and are based at Lindholmen in Gothenburg.

Come and join us at CEVT and become a part of a passionate team that is responsible for the charging and power conversion systems in the Battery & HV electronics department. The main technology we are responsible for is the static power converters (DCDC, OBC, wireless charging) and the associated functions.

As a system engineer you will become a member of an agile team and work closely together with the team members and colleagues in our department. The daily work will be everything from supplier meetings to system simulations. We are striving to have a flat and flexible organization where everyone can, and will, make an impact. There will be close collaboration with our colleagues in China. Once we get closer to the industrialization, China usually takes over and CEVT is focusing on the early development phases. You will be based at our office in Lindholmen, but occasionally you would work from our test facility in Säve, go on expeditions and travel abroad.

Required qualifications and attributes:

- More than five years of experience from the automotive industry
- Power electronics and/or HV battery knowledge
- MSc Physical/Electronic/Software or equivalent
- Fluent English in speech and writing
- Driving license B, according to Swedish standards
- People and strategy skills
- Analytic, structured
- Team player


Merits:

- Experience with requirement tools like Systemweaver or Electra
- Experience with product data management tools like Teamcenter
- Experience in embedded electronics and ECU development
- Agile way of working, e.g. Scrum or Kanban
