As our System Engineer you will be an important player in the development of Interior Hard Trim parts for the next generation of smarter and more sustainable mobility. You will join a team that are dedicated to development, innovation and technology.

Our team, Interior Trim & Cockpit, is a part of the department Rider Environment and are responsible for almost all the interior parts. The team consists of a great mix of very experienced and more junior engineers that are, just like you, proud of their professionalism, motivation and level of skills.

We are looking for someone open-minded with a positive "can do" mentality. As a person, you have a strong sense of responsibility and are persistent in pursuing your targets. You have the ability to communicate well with others and share your knowledge. To be a part of our team, you need to be flexible and strive for co-operation.

This is what you will do most of the time:

- Support Hard Trim team strategies and road map
- Perform Hard Trim system development that meet functional requirements
- Design and specify sub-systems and material that meet requirements
- Drive the Hard Trim development towards suppliers according to requirements
- Secure implementation in projects of technologies within given frames
- Specify and follows up testing and validation at suppliers and at CEVT
- Support the supplier selection process


Suitable background and experience:

- Min 4 years’ experience from development and specification of Hard Trim systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
- Experience of working with Team center system
- Experience in project management
- Leading supplier work
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
- Driver’s license B
