Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior System Engineer to join our dynamic team
What you will work on:
Manage and maintain cashier services and their components.
Serve as the contact for internal support organization and client grouping.
Assist in testing and quality assurance of applications and peripherals.
Provide support during pilot and rollout of new functionality to stores.
Work closely with colleagues within Retail Solutions, as well as the business and infrastructure teams.

What you bring:
Experience in IT, particularly in retail.
Fluent in English and Swedish
Knowledge of Windows server and client configuration.
Proficient in SQL.
Familiarity with test tools such as Jira or HP ALM.
Knowledge of the ITIL framework, including incident and problem process.
Excellent communication and social skills.
Strong ability to create and maintain relationships.
Responsible, service-oriented, and structured.
Ability to take initiative and see the big picture.
A genuine team player who is positive and driven.
