Join us as a System Engineer and Developers Team Lead (m/f) and you’ll be looking at a career-defining role based in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Purpose of the Job
Developers Team Lead plays a vital role in ensuring the resources allocation and quality work environment in our projects. Your experience in leading work package and/or teams will be very welcome in this position. Your passion for people development, driving improvements supporting others is therefore keys to being successful in this role. This role is two parts; Team Leader 25% and working as Developer/Work Package leader 75%. The Team leader co-ordinates the operations of the team, develops the team and the individuals and implement standards and processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Coordinate Development work packages
• Drive improvement programs for Development together with the SW Architect other teams (System Engineers and Testers)
• Delivery the resources plan according to the project requests
• Supporting team member’s prioritization of work
• Following up with the team members
• Manage the team
• Responsible for growth and development of direct reports, including performance reviews, salary reviews and decisions, recruitment, discipline, other personnel actions.
• Responsibility for the development environment



Qualifications

Key requirements:
• Bachelor of Engineering degree or equivalent work experience.
• Technical experience with development in projects (C++ language preferable).
• Relevant experience within the leading role
• Excellent customer management and stakeholder influencing skills
• Knowledge of engineering leadership.
• Responsible for growth and development of direct reports, including performance reviews, salary reviews and decisions, recruitment, and other personnel actions.
• Adapt plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
• Understanding the configuration management processes
• Understanding of linux-based operating systems
• Experience of ERTMS or other safety-critical systems is highly valued.
• Knowledge of DOORS, Rational Synergy or similar tools are considered a plus.
• English at a fluent level is highly valued for this role.
