Description
We are looking for a SE/System Engineer for Cooling hoses – within module team Thermal system &
functions.

Tasks
• Perform system development (HW and/or SW) that meet functional requirements.
• Designs and specify sub-systems and components that meet requirements.
• Drives the component development towards suppliers according to requirements.
• Secures packaging feasibility within given frames.
• Specify and follows up testing and validation at suppliers.
• Supports the defined release routines and release plans.
• Drives the work towards suppliers.
• Supports the supplier selection process.

Qualifications
• Relevant experience from development and specification of systems and components for automotive use.
• Experience of CAD modelling (when applicable).
• Experience of working with PLM systems.
• Persistency to pursue targets and take decisions.
• A flexible mindset.
• Experience in project management.
• Leading supplier work.
• Ability to work in cross functional teams.
• Cultural sensitivity, especially Asian – European culture.
• Change management skills.
