System Engineer Cooling

Expleo is looking for a Project Engineer for Cooling system components including electrical interfaces – within module team Thermal system & functions.
The tasks for the SE will be to:
• Perform system development (HW and/or SW) that meet functional requirements
• Designs and specify sub-systems and components that meet requirements
• Drives the component development towards suppliers according to requirements
• Secures packaging feasibility within given frames
• Specify and follows up testing and validation at suppliers
• Supports the defined release routines and release plans
• Supports the supplier selection processLead AC strategy development
Requirements:
• Relevant experience from development and specification of systems and components for automotive use
• Experience with requirement tools like Systemweaver and product data management tools like
Teamcenter
• Experience of CAD modelling (when applicable)
• Experience of working with PLM systems
• Persistency to pursue targets and take decisions
• Experience in project management
• Ability to work in cross functional teams
• Cultural sensitivity, especially Asian – European culture
• Change management skills and a flexible mindset
• Fluent English in speech and writing
