System Engineer Design

Packaging technology's Systems Engineering group is a small operational group developing our Systems Engineering capabilities in both filling equipment projects as well as packaging material projects.The group also consists of a Test Equipment team managing our test equipment.

Systems Engineering is a new operational organisation within Tetra Pak and you would be joining a new and growing team within Tetra Pak Packaging Technology.A System Engineer works in technology development projects close to the Project Manager and manages the technical optimization, interactions and trade off studies.

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Managing the requirements
- Setting and running technical maturity milestones
- Enable good technical solutions by driving trade off studies
- Facilitate workshops for breaking down requirements, FMEA etc.
- Develop and own interface specifications
- Work closely with the platforms to enable good interfaces
- Work as an ambassador for Systems Engineering helping colleagues understand what Systems Engineering is
- Work with cost analysis


Kvalifikationer

To be successful in this position you need to have strong communication and facilitation skills.You have a great interest in interacting with and influencing others.You are driven by a genuine technical interest in combination with the ability to create and use abstract models.A hands on experience working with complex system engineering is highly valued.

You have a technical university degree together with at least 5 years of experience in technical development.A good command in English both spoken and written is required.The position is based in Lund, Sweden.
