-Lead supplier DFMEA review with supplier and internal cross functional team
-Lead battery failure analysis along with supplier, warranty team, customer, product quality team
-System engineer for HEV project
-Battery pack remanufacturing TR development
-Supported battery functionality development
-Lead early faut frequency estimation of batteries
-Lead reliability requirements and testing strategy for batteries
-Gap analysis of requirements through SFMEA
-Lead Thermal Task Force on Battery Electric Vehicle Energy Storage Systems Issues
-Collaborating with supplier, vehicle team and ESS team on Battery System Development
