Today’s advanced embedded systems are complex and challenging. Short delivery time scales, complex products and demanding customers are important challenges. These proper competences and relevant experiences.
One of the most important critical success factors in any project is skills. We offer solutions to strengthen people skills in function and system development including software development, test and verification and functional and system safety.

Responsibilities and tasks
- The famous V cycle and all necessary action to fulfill the system development process   
 Requirement management activities: design, specify, break down, review, and discuss with stakeholders, including suppliers.
- Clarify and follow-up system requirements with suppliers, the verification team, and other vehicle units.
- Secure and follow up the realisation of the functions, the integration in architecture, the system design, the implementation, and the verification.
- Be engaged in System Verification planning.
-  Lead FMEA and functional safety work (ISO26262).
- Follow up and analysis of system/SW issue from production, aftermarket, or integration/bench testing.
- Be Engaged in Advance Engineering projects to research new technology.
- Contribute to a culture of improvement and participate in implementing improvements to increase effectiveness and efficiency

Requirements:
- Minimum B.Sc. Electrical or Computer Engineering or similar.
- M.Sc. in automotive or mechatronics or Five years of experience in automotive & AD/ADAS systems development
- High communication skills and high collaboration ability
- Experience of ADAS/AD
- Knowledge of the ISO26262 automotive standard is an advantage.
- Experience in Requirements engineering and System Weaver/Elektra is an advantage.
