What you’ll do

Do you enjoy supporting organizations to work smarter, faster, and more efficiently? Then this position is for you!

Together with the team you will continuously improve the user experience of our products. You will have a global network with stakeholders all over the Volvo Cars world. The customer centric Enable Assist team works with two products: cloud contact center solution and remote access software. The team is based in Gothenburg, Sweden and we work in a hybrid setting with 3-4 days a week from the office.

Together with our users all over the globe, we define, implement, and maintain the best solution for remote support and access tools. It can be everything from operational/configurational activities to implementation activities, handling integrations to and from other applications, configuring access rights, and training some of the user groups as well as handling incoming support cases.

Part of your mission is to explore to find better and smarter solutions. You will take part in technical guidance & requirement discussions with stakeholders. You will work together with our technical partners to understand their capabilities and complexity. We work in the SAFE agile framework and the ITIL framework.

What you’ll bring

We want you to have 3-5 years of previous experience and a proven history of applications operations/support organizations, troubleshooting, Cloud Solutions, and IP Networks. You have a bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science or equivalent work experience. You have experience in using Microsoft Office 365 and Case handling system.

Knowledge of Agile and ITIL way of working, IT Security operations, BeyondTrust Remote Support or equivalent and Service Now is desirable.
