System Engineer - Gothenburg

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a System Engineer who is experienced in advanced function- and system designs and systemisation, not limited to current ADAS functions.

What you'll do:
● Review product requirement documents (both software and hardware) received from the customer and discuss/clarify requirements with customer.
● Guide our Asian design engineers towards the most cost efficient HW/SW solutions which still meets expected performance.
● Support the quality team with electronic and software competence after start of production in case any quality issue appears in the field.
● Ensure that the Asian design centre receives and understands the requirements properly.
● Design and implement monitoring, configuration management, and reporting functions that will make a hands-off environment.
Who you are:
● Have a bachelor’s degree in electronics, mechatronics, software, or equivalent area of education and must have relevant working experience.
● Have ability to communicate and work well with others to ensure functionality in their design and be able to meet strict deadline.
● Have leadership competence and experience and are known for your ability to get many teams to work towards a common goal.
● Experience from Automotive communication protocols including CAN, CAN-FD, Ethernet (TCP/IP, UDP SOME/IP), UDS.
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
