In the Architecture & Performance area you will work with defining of the RAN and RBS architecture.You will be active in some of the following fields; IP transport, performance, characteristics and dimensioning models, manufacturing costs, as well as RBS configurations. In the Radio Interface & mobility area your duties will be in some of the following fields; mobility functions, system interfaces S1, X2 and Uu layer 1, 2 and 3, interoperability for UE and external interfaces, and 3GPP standardization. Qualifications: Master of Science in Electrical Engineering/Engineering Physics/Data communication, or equivalent academic qualifications.Minimum of 5 years experience in one or more of the following areas: various access technologies/GSM, WCDMA, HSPA, WiMAX, LTE), embedded systems, dimensioning models, standardization, and or HW/SW design.Outstanding language skills; the ability to write technical documentation as well communicate fluently in English is a must.You should be able to work independently and in teams, interested in working theoretically as well as hands-on with excellent analytical skills.You are expected to be self-motivated, and have a strong drive initiative.Solid knowledge about specification and requirement work.
