System Engineer - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior System Engineer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Managing stakeholder requirements and translating them into specifications and design documents.
Creating and monitoring workforce utilization using Antura.
Reporting team progress to project management.
Ensuring clarity within the team regarding assignments and responsibilities, fostering a positive team spirit.
Participating in project incremental planning.
Coordinating dependencies and deliveries with other sub-projects.
Collaborating with product management, project management, customers, and partners to align system requirements.
Defining, analyzing, and breaking down requirements.
Drafting acceptance and verification descriptions for requirements.
Designing System of Systems, defining interfaces, and overseeing integration.
Leveraging your expertise in engineering fields like Hardware Development, Embedded Development, System Integration & Verification, RF or Radar.

What you bring:
A minimum of 6 years of working experience in high technology industries, including a minimum of 2 years in a team leading/project leading role.
Experience from Saab is considered a merit.
Strong experience in engineering fields such as Hardware Development, Embedded Development, System Integration & Verification, RF or Radar.
Candidates with Swedish citizenship will be considered
Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in an agile context.
