Description & Tasks :
• Work with the material specifications in the complete interior
• Support surface material team strategies and road map
• Acts as a project leader according to given time frames 
• Drive the material development work towards suppliers 
• Define and refine technical specifications for the given project
• Specify, perform and follows up testing and validation at suppliers and at Client side.

Qualifications
• Extensive experience from Interior material development, especially surface and/or plastic material.
• Experience in project management
• Experience of leading supplier work
• Persistency to pursue targets and take decisions
• Good level of sustainability knowledge in regards of materials
• A flexible mindset
• Cultural awareness, especially Asian – European culture
