System Engineer to Swedish Match

Swedish Match is now looking for a System Engineer that will be part of our Global Platform Services team, which today consists of approximately nine colleagues in both Sweden and the USA. The position is a direct recruitment, which means that the recruitment process takes place through Academic Work, but you will be employed at Swedish Match.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
In the position as a System Engineer you will be your colleagues extended arm in the factories in Gothenburg and/or Kungälv, with a focus on standard IT and platform services that are close to production and Swedish Match clients. The technology and products are primarily based on Microsoft and Azure environments and you will be part of our Global Platform Services team, which today consists of approximately nine colleagues.

The team is in turn part of Digital Workplace and reports to the Head of Platform Services at Swedish Match.

Examples of tasks:


* Work with various technologies and advanced problems related to aids in the factories, such as computers, hand scanners, appliances and MES-equipment
* Work with more common IT and platform services connected to clients
* Instruct users and colleagues to resolve and prevent future incidents themselves
* Actively find areas for improvement, where we can change routines or technology to more modern solutions


VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* Someone with a post-secondary education in technology or IT
* Someone with at least two years work experience of a similar role
* Fluent in Swedish and English in both speech and writing
* Has a B driving license

The following are meritorius for the position:


* Work experience from factory environment
* Knowledge in the Powershell framework
