We are now looking for a System Architect – Vehicle Management

 

YOUR TEAM
As part of the Chapter Software Architecture, you will work in a team with architects and systems engineers that together define how the vehicle functionality shall be designed to meet both functional and non-functional requirements.

Your focus will be on the Vehicle Management domain that contains system functionality such as Diagnostics, Vehicle Modes, Software Management including OTA, Data collection.

You will be part of a creative and inspiring team that like to take on challenges and find new ways to work and improve. As we design and develop a lot of the software in-house, you will work closely together with the software design and implementation teams.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Set vehicle level requirements for Vehicle Management functions.
- Define the conceptual design of the functionality including allocation to mechatronic components.
- Create and maintain the formal logical design of the Vehicle Management functionality of the vehicle. The Logical design describes the logical components responsibilities and interfaces.
- Set requirements for the logical components based on the design.
- Supporting design and implementation work on more detailed abstraction layers.
- Collaborate with SW and HW component engineers to ensure that there is a common understanding of the responsibilities and interfaces of the defined components.
- Ensuring the consistency of the complete vehicle logical design over the lifetime of the product.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of ways-of-working for related processes.

 

WHO YOU ARE
- Deep competence of vehicle functionality and vehicle functional architecture
- Experience of system engineering in the vehicle management domain
- Skilled in writing verifiable requirements
- Experience from system design of software intense functionality in the automotive industry
- Experience from SysML modeling, preferably in Enterprise Architect
- Experience from SystemWeaver
- Accustomed to communicating clearly in English, both spoken and written
