System Engineer – Wheel Delivery

• Lead a cross functional team for your system area with Design, Manufacturing Engineering, Attribute team, Purchase, Supplier Quality Assurance, the Company, Testing and Suppliers.
• Supplier contacts with Global and local Chinese suppliers.
• Be in close contact with the Company’s Durability and Corrosion Attribute teams.
• Balance attribute requirements (NVH, Aerodynamics, Durability and Brake) and technical requirements with supplier ability.
• Represent your system area on the Company’s package meetings.
• Be responsible for the overall time planning for your system area.
• Continuous improvement of delivery mechanism and technologies
Requirements:
• Minimum B.Sc./B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering
• Preferable 5 year experience of Wheel Development.
• Experience and track record of Wheel Technical Development, Durability Testing (Biaxial), Tooling, Machining processes, Corrosion and Quality processes
• DFMEA, PPAP, New product development plans, BOM process
• Project management – system weaver would be a benefit
• Catia V5 and Team Centre skills are required.
