Engineering Collaboration is currently recruiting 2 System Engineers to be part of our team.
As part of the Ingka Technology Services organization, we support both Inter-IKEA Systems and Ingka with collaboration tools Slack, Atlassian Jira, Atlassian Confluence and AHA.
REQUIREMENTS –
In the role as System Engineer within Engineering Collaboration, we are looking for someone with
Excellent knowledge of Slack and deep knowledge of the collaboration tools Jira, Confluence
Deep knowledge of working in collaboration environments with agile practices
Stakeholder management experience on enterprise level
Great communication and coaching skills

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Systems Engineer you will be designing, improving, and supporting our digital products and services.
Deliver support to our developer communities and consumers across Inter-IKEA Systems and Ingka.
Together with the Engineering Managers you will create, maintain, and promote our Slack service.
Communicate and align roadmap, ensure optimized service offering based on the latest technologies, and drive a competitive advantage for our consumers together with key stakeholders.
Among many tasks you will also:
Responsible for developing, running, monitoring and supporting the assigned Product or Service using the right toolsets required in order to deliver according to requirements
Design, develop and deliver a technology service through automation and self-service capabilities for efficiency, availability and usability

Engineering Collaboration is a a fully empowered and agile team of 20+ people, mainly working out of the Sockerbruket office in Helsingborg.
