The System Expert Procurement Solution is responsible for planning, analyzing, defining, and supporting the delivery of functional and technical capabilities of our Integrated Sourcing Solution (ISS) that is built on Ariba,
System Expert Procurement Solution will be independently responsible for the following main tasks and will belong to our Global Purchasing Systems Team and will focus on :-
Provide functional enhancements, configuration and global support
Act as the subject matter expert for Contract, Sourcing and SLP modules and knowledge share
Technical support for our end users
Handle multiple tasks concurrently
System Expert will be in close contact / relationship with business users and product line managers, to provide advice on application configuration supporting relevant process requirements.
In addition, all team members will be responsible for coaching / training other team members to develop stronger functional and technical skills for applications which they are aligned to support.
Key Responsibilities:
One point of contact to Ariba and Vendor Master data
Administration of end users and groups and designing user matrix
Responsible for training, support documentation and videos
Administration of approval/review/signature flows and team members
Administration of dashboards, process flows, tasks and documentation
Designated service contact and responsible for SAP connect
Understand specific business needs of the business customer
Act as the application functional expert by providing expertise in the business process supported by the application(s)
Work collaboratively with the customer to develop business requirements and understand the impact on the system and build a strong customer relationship
Analyze, determine, and document system requirements
Organize and prepare work effectively to facilitate proactive resolution of problems, rather than reactive
Work with team members to enhance their business and functional knowledge
Communicate accurate status of project deliverables, risk and issues
Demonstrate and promote client service attitude within and across teams
Manage expectations of team's internal and external customers
Extracting raw data and create reports
Using DocuSign via Ariba and SAP API Developer module
Basic Qualifications:
2-5 years’ in a similar role ideally on Ariba platform
Experience in other procurement solutions for a big global organization scale can be considered however Ariba experience will be preferred
Preferred Qualifications & competence
Bachelor’s degree
Strong problem solving, analysis, and design skills
Team player yet able to work independently
Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical resources across all levels of a client’s organization
Ability to work with large geographically distributed teams with diverse competencies, skills, and abilities
Ability to work under pressure
Operational work experience within Sourcing, Contract, and Supply registration
Ability to take requirements effectively
Handle multiple tasks concurrently
