We are looking for a System Implementation Lead at ABB Motion. In this role you will work globally across all businesses in ABB to support the roll-out of the SAP Ariba based system “Supply Chain Collaboration” (SCC). Key responsibilities will be to ensure high quality/- relevant implementation material, own the communication platform and in a collaborative manner explain, train and drive the roll-out of the system in the various ABB businesses.
Furthermore, you will be one of our experts in the transactional processes (PO collaboration, Forecasting, Quality collaboration etc.) and a key pillar to realize our digital transformation journey. The result of a successful roll-out will mean higher transparency in our supply chain processes and a more effective/ faster way of collaborating/ communicating with supply base for direct material.
This position reports to Global Program Manager, Procurement Digit.
Your responsibilities
Project management of the supplier onboarding activities for implementation of SCC across all ABB Business Areas (BA’s).
Develop and improve project plans, documentation and communication platform to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Plan and coordinate project activities cross BA’s and countries together with BA leads.
Report progress, status and issues.
Closely collaborate with external service providers and support teams to ensure system is running according to expectation.
Lead site workshops to inform about and "sell" the system internally and externally.
Participate/ contribute to the staffing-up requirements based on need.

Your background
Minimum a Bachelor in any relevant field - Engineering, IT/IS, Finance, Economics or Supply/- Value Chain.
General project management experience.
Specific supply chain management or/and sourcing experience, especially from the field of direct material and industry.
IS implementation experience, preferably with SAP Ariba and Supply Chain Collaboration or other similar tool/ system used for the transactional collaboration with suppliers.
Self-motivated and driven leader with ability to get the best out of a diverse team with and without formal line management.
Extremely strong communication and presentation skills.
Fluent in English, written and spoken. Additional languages are preferred.
