System & Infraspecialist

We are seeking experienced IT System/Infrastructure Management Specialists to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of working experience in IT system and infrastructure management, with a strong focus on monitoring and performance optimization. If you have a deep understanding of monitoring techniques, a strong technical background, and a passion for delivering exceptional IT support, we want to hear from you.

 

Responsibilities:

• Utilize monitoring tools and techniques to monitor system performance at both infrastructure and application levels.
• Provide daily support for monitoring-related queries, incident request ticket handling, and follow-ups on all monitoring aspects.
• Work with databases, operating systems (Windows, Linux, and/or UNIX), routers, switches, load balancers, and applications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other technical teams and vendors to ensure seamless system performance.
• Install and upgrade server and agents, manage patch management, and customize the environment as needed.
• Experience with release management and configuration management is a plus.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of working experience as an IT System/Infrastructure Management Specialist.
• Proven expertise in monitoring systems and their performance.
• Strong knowledge of databases, operating systems (Windows, Linux, and/or UNIX), routers, switches, load balancers, and applications.
• Experience with storage systems (NFS/CIFS) and scripting languages (Java, Python, Perl).
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, including change management, problem management, and incident management.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certifications in relevant IT areas are a plus.
