System Integration Test Lead – Be a part of DeLaval´s continuing success

The Role
DeLaval is currently making a major investment in innovation and digitization which is taken place in different parts of the organization. This includes creating a more efficient test strategy and implementing test automation in an early phase of the product development.

As System Integration Test Lead you will be a part of a team within System Engineering in Product Development (RD). The system integration testing team itself is a new initiative to improve quality and timeline for the delivery through automatic execution of test cases in a lab environment. The team will help testing the integrations for 20-25 applications which coordinate multiple devices.
 
Some of your Key Responsibilities for the position will be to: Lead the team in planning and execution of integration tests
Coordinate with stakeholders to align expectations and deliverables
Create plans for incremental improvements in the test setup and execution to reach long term vision
Organizing and writing integration test cases, reports, processes and setting up best practices
Continuously cooperation with the development- and verification validation teams
Cooperation with project managers in planning and status reporting, and with product owners for test result approvals
Create a roadmap and lead the work to move CI tool chain to the cloud
Create and lead workshops with different stakeholders within DeLaval

Your team will consist of three Integration Test Engineers and three CI/CD Integration Engineers and work closely together with five Enterprise Solution Architects within the Integration test unit. The team is based in both Tumba Sweden and Wroclaw Poland.

Is this you?
To be successful in this position we believe you have a technical university degree and several years of experience in leading system integration test team involving complex systems. In addition, you have excellent knowledge of system integration test processes and best practices along with good experience setting up long term vision for system integration testing with incremental improvements. We also think you are skilled in planning and leading workshops and have a technical understanding of Python and Linux. Experience working in a product development/ RD environment and agile ways of working / SAFe gives extra merit.
 
Fluent in English, both in speech and writing is mandatory.
