The Core capability of B2B Billing is to ensure reliable system operations and that we build the solutions required by our customers. By working in B2B Billing you will be part of delivering services to all Tele2 B2B customers from the SME customer to Large and Public entities. These services are in many cases critical for our customers success and Tele2s aim is to be their trusted digitalization and communication partner. As a system manager your role here is crucial in providing that reliability and continuity.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a member of the B2B Billing team under IT Core division, you will be working with key systems - planning and executing roadmaps as well as ensuring reliable daily operations. As system manager you will be responsible for several key systems that include billing, ERP and BI within B2B Billing that are crucial for the benefit of our customers and Tele2. Together with a team of system architects, product owners and developers you will together work on ensuring we fulfil our promise of unlocking unlimited possibilities and delivering reliable services.
The systems you will be responsible for is Visma Business & Fokus that mainly support the B2B Integrator Business which includes capabilities: Billing, Contract to Cash, Time reporting, Cost & price, Order, Delivery, Project, Product and SLA management. This also includes Trouble Ticketing/Order system for the B2B Integrator Business.
You will also be working with data warehouse and data integrations systems that include the capabilities of internal reporting for B2B/Finance, export data/reports to customer, updates to production systems, follow up for Sales, Export data to ERP systems and Advanced Security. Working as System Manager for our Billing, ERP and BI systems some of your responsibilities include :
- Responsible for operational performance, change management, health and roadmap
- Administer and maintain security of systems including risk analysis and mitigations
- Controlling accesses and groups to the systems under responsibility according to set policies
- Configuration, installment, maintenance and upgrades of systems hardware and software including licenses
- Information Classification – documented in one of Tele2s central asset inventories
- Audit logging and Monitoring, ensuring adherence to security and safety standards and audit trails
- Continuously work on identifying and implementing improvements
- Set and maintain framework for recovery procedures, scheduling and back-ups
- Collaboration with internal resources, external suppliers and consultants and system providers
- Incident and Problem management
- Support rest of organization in investigation and root-cause analysis
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Hard skills :
- Experience in system and application management including operational day-to-day
- Experience in working with critical systems within IT and Finance/ERP
- Experience working with setups and performance of HW and SW
- Higher level education within IT alternatively have gained similar knowledge by working or by other means
- You speak and write in Swedish and English
Soft skills :
- You deliver with quality and understand the importance of reliable system operations
- You have willingness and interest to learn complex systems
- Structured, logical and reliable way of working
- Motivated by having your own area of responsibility, working autonomously to identify and set correct priorities and deliver on deadlines.
- You are great at collaborating and knowledge sharing within own team as well as with others outside
- Open with good communication skills and not afraid to challenge the status quo
