Do you have experience in driving improvements and do you want to be a part of the Business Area Network organization? We have an opportunity for you!
As our new Product Packaging System Manager, you will secure all phases of the product life cycle and work close with Customer Units, Product Management and R&D organizations.
You will also act as a Change Leader for improvements from our backlog connected to the Product Packaging concept.
That role is an added responsibility to the general role as a Product Packaging System Manager that secures commercial releases within a specific product area.

Business Area Networks: where 5G was born! We’re a distributed team of approx. 26 000 in 93 countries, with 126 nationalities represented. About half of us work in R&D, approx. 6 000 in Group Supply and 5 000 in Service Area Networks. Together we build future-proof, scalable network architectures in an industry that is constantly on the move. Our approach is simple: we build solutions that empower our customers to meet tomorrow’s demands. 5G is happening now, with the first commercial launches implemented today.
Product Packaging
Product Packaging (PP) provides verified Ericsson Radio System configurable solutions for proposals, order, assembly, deliveries and business-driving financial insights.
We are in the middle of an exciting digitalization transformation which means that we need a lot of new thinking in combination with an understanding of customer requirements. The PP Concept must fulfill all the different stake-holders requirements as well as be easy to use. Of course, we also need to ensure efficient working methods internally.
You will
Be the single point of contact for improvements through the different program phases (development, test and deployment)
Follow-up the responsibility on improvements /features during development
Drive and define solution´s proposals for improvements
Provide input for improvement´s time estimates
Execute on improvement´s measurement plan
To be successful in the role you must have
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Management Information Systems.
The capability to effectively drive implementation of an end to end flow, including application development and change management
The ability to visualize and translate technical concepts into integrated systems
Demonstrated achievement in B2B sales
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations
Good understanding of the industry, with the interest to become a subject matter expert within the area
Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose solutions
