DeLaval is a company of the Tetra Laval Group System Manager to System Voluntary Milking System Key responsibilities Develop system strategy & system calendar based on customer trends and needs. Create and maintain the system calendar and manage system lifecycle. Drive and setting the appropriate system pricing. Follow up on sales of the system and upgrade sales. Deliver future system demand for the VMS system. Build strong relationship with our sales organisations to leverage from local expertise and closeness to customer demands. Establish close cooperation with other portfolios and functions that contribute to the whole VMS system. Verification of the system configuration implementation in our sales tool. Main tasks Maintaining the system calendar. Setting system pricing. Co-operate with the VMS Business manager in the organisation of sales, technical and solution release trainings. VMS barn planning information towards the market. Take an active role in various visiting groups through a VMS program at Hamra farm. Gather, analyse market demand, customer needs and trends. Develop business case for future system functionalities. Participate in the development projects for future VMS system functionalities. Experiences and skills Agri-university level, dairy production is preferred, but not required. Experience as product manager/system manager for some years. Good communication skills and understanding of the dairy production business. Fluent in English, more language skills would be welcomed.
