We are now looking for a System Manager to evolve and ensure the evolution of one of Ericsson’s most exciting and ground-breaking products in Dedicated Networks
You will
Contribute to the architectural vision for Dedicated Networks
Be involved in Senior stake-holders management activities
Handle Cross Business Units (BU) requirements
Work closely with the Product Management team
Coach our development team leads and work close to our Stream Leads
Ensure that our product updates are delivered on time
Be accountable for inspiring changes in WoW in Business Area Digital Services (BDGS), and to some extent in Business Area Network (BNEW)
Sometimes have to say "NO"!
To be successful in the role you must have
Bachelor's or Master´s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or similar
Experience as a System Manager in a R&D matrix organization
Understanding of Life Cycle Management via SaltStack
DevOps knowledge and experience
Solid background with backend architecture based on Go-lang
Capabilities with front-end architecture based on React
A User Experience (UX) driven design attitude
