System Manager (f/m/d)
in our offices Berlin, Hamburg or Solna/ Stockholm.
We are looking for an System Manager for the Credit Risk Management solution with the ambition to also support cross Staff functions and BA´s as IT Project Manager and consultant within the Strategic Development within the IT organization.


Your Job as System Manager (f/m/d)
You will be responsible for the Credit Risk Management System as System Manager in an international setups and take full responsibilities as System Manager for core services like Credit Risk Management or Long Term Market Outlook solutions. The position holder is focusing on life cycle and release management and is doing the interaction and communication towards our business colleagues in the international organization as well as steering the external software vendors. You are able to translate business needs in IT solutions and act as competent partner for internal and external Auditors.


Your key activities will be…
System Manager focus area Risk, Information Security, Treasury and Group Strategy
Manage the Credit Risk Management solution (via ITIL processes)
Support internal and external Audits
Coordinate Pre-studies and evaluations, organizing workshops and support business in requirement setting
Work with other System Managers close together and act as deputy


IT Project Management
Take assignments as IT Project manager for common and corporate initiatives


Your Profile as System Manager (f/m/d)
We are looking for a colleague to strengthen our international team with knowledge and engagement. You have a strong interest in IT with good understanding of Application Management from an IT service and solution perspective (ITIL Change and Release management, Incident and Problem Management).
You have a consulting background and the willingness to breach business and IT language. You want to grow in system management, project management and you have the willingness to take responsibility for operational service delivery.
You want to ensure business can work and drive change, digitalization and optimization.


This is important as well
Academic degree as an IT, mathematics, scientific or technical engineer or similar in IT
At least 5 years experiences as Application Consultant
Willingness to work in an international setup
Database and SQL knowledge is an advantage
Experiences in IT security like encryption, single sign on methods, scoping for penetration tests
knowledge of ITIL, IPMA or Prince 2 – at least one certified, second can be offered as training at the job
Willingness to deep dive in complex system landscape, translate business needs and bring together very technical aspects like AZURE configuration setups, cluster setups to different stakeholders (internal and external)
Cooperation and steering of external partners/vendors
Language skills: English and German or Swedish
