Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior System Manager to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
Perform proactive and reactive measures to ensure the stable operation and management of the system portfolio.
Utilize a comprehensive understanding of business logic, processes, and organization, combined with a strong interest in technical solutions.
Collaborate with the operational manager to prepare and execute the management plan.
Coordinate and oversee ongoing activities outlined in the management plan, initiating new actions when necessary.
Engage in regional working groups where system administrator expertise is essential.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of new functionality in collaboration with operations and suppliers.
Collaborate with the operational supplier to ensure effective lifecycle management of the technical environment and conduct regular follow-ups.
Assume responsibility for budgeting, monitoring, and forecasting within the area.
Manage supplier contacts and agreements within the scope of responsibility.
Apply your familiarity with ITILv4 principles to align system management practices.

What You Bring:
Possess a relevant university or college education in systems science or equivalent.
Proficiency in both spoken and written Swedish is crucial.
Demonstrated interest in system administration, with prior experience in a similar role considered meritorious.
Familiarity with ITILv4 principles.
Strong service-oriented mindset, thriving in a collaborative team environment with experienced system managers.
Highly responsible, structured, and independent, without a sense of prestige.
Effective communicator with a developed ability to collaborate, inspire, and foster a sense of unity.
Deep understanding of IT Service management and ITIL4 principles.
