Vattenfall IT is the internal provider of IT infrastructure services for the entire Vattenfall Group. It is an international shared service center, providing IT services and support. Vattenfall IT Infrastructure supports Vattenfall by having professional people, knowledgeable in both business and IT, integrating services to enable business functions, providing a helicopter view of required services, utilizing the external market and enforcing standardization in order to optimize cost efficiency.
Vattenfall is looking for System Manager- SharePoint
(Common Solutions is responsible for ECM (enterprise content management) solutions in Vattenfall IT. One of the key systems in the ECM portfolio is SharePoint which is used by multiple customer business areas and business units (Wind, Nuclear, Corporate..). On the one hand we are responsible to develop the ECM and SharePoint strategy but also serve as a competence center for multiple project demands.
Your main responsibilities as a System Manager- SharePoint are as follows:
• Responsible for ensuring that SharePoint fulfils targets defined in the SLA for all services provided by Vattenfall IT and to continuously improve the service deliveries.
• Key stakeholder towards system owner and business counterparts for the delivery of the SLA.
• Responsible for escalations in critical cases for e.g., incidents and requests.
• Responsible to ensure compliance to the relevant controls that apply to the system.
• IT Audits: System manager should lead and participate in meetings with internal and external auditors to verify that controls are complied to.
• Creates and maintains the Service Improvement Plan for assigned SLAs or logical group of SLAs in agreement with IT Demand organization
• Ensures that the application is enhanced and optimized according to customer requirements, including upgrades, support packs and patching.
• Collects and identifies improvement suggestions and communicates these to the appropriate contact (e.g., IT Demand, IT Supply, Architecture).
• Being responsible for the annual run cost budget (planning, monthly follow up and pursuing transparency & reduction)
• Ensuring ITIL-conformity according to the harmonised ITIL processes of VIT for all applicable processes, documenting any deviation and acquiring a waiver for any non-compliance
• Managing operational performance of suppliers in case of external out-tasking or managed service
• Support the platform development with Power Platform capabilities and translate these growing demands into a suitable operational model
Application Management including the hand-over procedure from projects to operations and maintenance
Required experience / expertise:
• Needs in-depth knowledge about the technical setup and business usage of M365 & SharePoint
• Language – fluent in English, any other Vattenfall language (Swedish, Dutch, German, Polish) is a plus
Meritorious experience / expertise:
• Experience with complex M365, SharePoint projects
• Project management / System management experience
• SharePoint development experience is appreciated

Location:
Flexible placements for example Stockholm, Gliwice, Katowice, Amsterdam, Berlin, Hamburg

• The position will require some travel between Vattenfall locations
