SYSTEM MANAGER - Stockholm/remote

Looking for the team that manages one of our biggest operating systems, is currently searching for a temporary system manager. The system is essentially a standard framework in which we manage our broadcasting rights (TV and VOD) and arrange content for our many channels and services. The system's technical staff is in charge of everything from user assistance to error reporting to specification of adaptations and orders for new feature to the supplier, as well as tests and test management for new version implementation. The system is always being improved in order to provide the greatest possible assistance for the company.
Testing, test management, user assistance, collecting and validating mistakes and explaining them to the supplier, as well as delivery reception of updates and verification of fixes before production start-up will be the emphasis of this temporary employment.
Typical assignment duties include:
User support: understand how different users interact with the system in order to assist them in resolving issues that arise.
Management of tests, test planning, documentation, and reporting
Testing: Check for and troubleshoot functional bugs, then inform the supplier.
Before going into production, test and secure your releases.
Competency prerequisites
+5 years of professional experience
Duration: 6 months + extension
