System Manager, Tower Tube and Systemization

Job Description The Ericsson Tower Tube is an innovative construction that houses radio base stations and antennas, fully encapsulating them in an aesthetic, energy-efficient and environmentally friendly tower.As a System Manager working with Tower Tube Solutions and systemization you will work with issues related to the development, industrialization, and evolution an of the Tower Tube concept.The work includes handling and coordination of complex requirements spanning over a wide area of expertise.An important aspect of the work is managing the interface with BU Global Services in order to integrate competitive services with the Tower Tube Solutions.FU Site Solutions is a part of DU Radio and responsible for developing site solutions & products for wireless and wireline site applications.FU Site Solutions goals are lowering customer total cost of ownership by enabling world class solutions through R&D excellence and true customer understanding.The Site Solutions System Management Department within FU Site Solutions is responsible for requirements and requirement handling on site level for both wireline and wireless (GSM, WCDMA, and LTE) sites.Competence You enjoy working with and learning about new Site Concepts.You have a broad technical knowledge and work experience from either the mechanical or civil engineering field.You work well independently but are also a team player who puts lot of focus on achieving results on time and with high quality.Ability to co-operate over organizational boundaries and together with partners and suppliers is essential.You should also have: .MSc/BSc degree or equivalent .At least a few years experience from system management work .Experience of RBS Site implementation (implementation services) especially civil works is a plus .Excellent communication and documentation skills are essential both oral and written in Swedish and English .Experience in leadership of technical teams/objects Contact Are you ready to experience Ericsson and take on the challenge?Apply by clicking on the link below or contact us to find out more information.For this recruitment, Ericsson is cooperating with Manpower.As the selection and interview process is ongoing, send your application as soon as possible - do not wait until just before the closing date.
