Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior TM1 System Manager/Developer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Act as a business partner to optimize the value derived from the TM1/Planning Analytics system within the organization.
Support leadership in designing processes that integrate the system into daily business operations.
Play a key role in the Engines global ESIOP project and its implementation.
Design, build, and test functionalities using Cognos TM1/PA, including dimensions, cubes, input forms, business rules, and security profiles.
Conduct process mappings for new procedures and facilitate related build activities.
Take ownership of TM1/Planning Analytics for local site operations in Trollhättan and contribute to global initiatives in this domain.
Drive automation initiatives to enhance system efficiency.
Collaborate with Global Centers of Excellence (CoEs) for TM1, Onestream, etc.
Support Business Intelligence and planning projects within Engines and contribute to ongoing global initiatives related to TM1/PA.
Maintain close cooperation with the IT function to ensure seamless system integration and functionality.

Expertise in TM1/PA, with a strong understanding of system architecture.
Proficiency in business analytics and reporting, with the ability to extract actionable insights from financial data.
Experience in Finance and Business processes, with a solid understanding of financial planning and analysis.
Excellent data processing and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and draw meaningful conclusions.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships across various functions.
Familiarity with SAP (ERP) and OneStream (Business Consolidation) is advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, System Development/Information System, Finance, or equivalent professional experience.
Fluency in both written and spoken Swedish and English.
