System & Method Engineer

Bluetest is currently looking for a person who can strengthen our system & method team. The work is mainly located in our headquarters in Gothenburg.

We believe that you have:
- Education corresponding to Bachelor's degree in Engineering or higher, which corresponds to "högskoleingenjör" or "civilingenjör".
- 5 years' experience with mode stirred Reverberation Chamber
- Knowledge of and personal connections to telecom industry in Korea
- Native level fluency in Korean spoken and written language
- Fluency skills in spoken and written English

Work tasks include:
- Business Development
The employee is responsible for developing business opportunities for Bluetest in the Korean market. The employee will have special responsibility to reach out and create relations to Korean speaking customers in the telecommunication industry. Determine technical requirements and preferences from customers. Travel to Korea can be frequent. Outreach to other customers can also occur.

- Customer Support
The employee will be a key resource in support to customers/distributors that speak Korean, but support to other customers will also be part of the job. The customer support responsible handles the incoming support questions by answering the questions that he/she is able to directly answer or by searching for an answer from the appropriate co-worker or by forwarding the question to the appropriate co-worker.

- Method Development
The employee is responsible for projects with the aim to modify, improve and adapt existing measurement methods to changes caused by new or changed standards or due to new research findings. The employee is also responsible for development and analysis of completely new measurement methods targeting new use cases for existing customers or completely new segments to enable expansion of our sales. The employee collaborates with the SW-team to implement necessary functionality in our SW.

- System Design
The employee can either be responsible for, or assist with, investigating, analyzing and identifying requirements and writing requirement specifications for new solutions, measurement methods and products. The work also includes verification, through simulation or measurement, of the selected solution/method/product to ensure that it fulfills the requirements.

- Project team leading
The employee is from time to time team leader for project groups (normally 2-6 persons). The responsibility includes identifying necessary work packages, time and resource planning, allocating tasks among team members, risk assessment and status reporting to the closest manager. The overall goal is to deliver the agreed content at the right time with the right quality and eventually handing over the result to production.

- Customer responsibility/visits
The employee visits customer a few times (2-6) per year to discuss technical issues or to give education on our products and solutions.
