System Owner

Do you have those project management skills that brings perfect harmony between happy stakeholders and structured processes? Do you have experience from the Atlassian Suite? Then you might be the perfect match for the position as Benify’s System Owner!

As our System Owner your overall responsibility will be a number of internal systems that keep our business up and running, with a focus on the Atlassian suite (ex. Jira and Confluence). You have a central role in the company and will guide your colleagues in system, integration and improvement questions. Your mission is to find the right balance between individual and team requests, with the requirements on performance and security our systems has from a business perspective - in close collaboration with IT Operations and our Privacy & Security team. Being our system hero, an important part of the role is also to make sure the system is used in a correct way as well as continuously develop and review usage and processes.

Your responsibilities:

• Overall system responsibility for internal systems and a full ownership of the Atlassian suite
• Own and develop the process for our usage of our internal systems in alignment with business goals
• Ownership and development of our System Acquisition process and work close with system requesters' to guide them in finding the right system
• Make sure system users have knowledge and access to updated guides and to be able to use the system in a correct way

You will be part of our IT Operations team, reporting to our IT Operations Manager. They are technical experts in systems and networks, so you’ll be collaborating to get their expertise on technical aspects of the systems and integrations (they are also experts in serving waffles to their colleagues).

You like working together with stakeholders and provide solutions, structure them and put them into action. You have the overall responsibility for our internal systems so we think you can work independently in setting your agenda and drive your own projects. You can do this in a diplomatic way by listening to needs and request as well as being able to say no to and prioritize on what is most business-critical.

Your profile:

• We believe you have good technical understanding and experience from managing systems
• Experience from Atlassians products
• Experience from leading projects
