For our electrified vehicles, the perceived quality, performance, and usability of our power distribution and charging system are crucial in creating trust in new technology for our customers. For us is it important to support our customers on their journey to sustainability. To build this trust, we need the right capabilities and competence in our Charging System and Power Distribution section.

Therefore are we looking for you that want to contribute to our innovative team with drive and curiosity and help us to define and develop our systems for the future Electrified Power Distribution Architecture.

The group that you now have the opportunity to join, is comprised of ambitious system and function owners whom all are working towards our mission of Driving the shift towards a sustainable transport system.

We collaborate through an agile and cross-functional setup including R&D, Sales & Marketing, Production and Purchasing to develop the charging experience.

About this opportunity

The system owner role for the electrified power distribution will cover a wide spectrum of the customer’s experience in using an electrified truck. The main assignment is to understand different customer needs and their daily operations and transfer that knowledge into system development.

Since this journey just started, you’ll get the opportunity to form the team’s way of working and grow within this future field. We are now looking for you who are eager to develop yourself together with us.

Even if the team members do not have a formalised leadership role in the team, we think that everyone should take a leadership role over their responsibilities in each project. We are all leaders and role models for each other.

Who you are


• enjoy taking initiative yourself when there are no instructions available and find motivation in developing the best way forward in cooperation with others in a large organization
• a dedicated team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
• communicative and good at navigating between theory and practice
• experienced in system/software development
• or you have experience within Scania that you could see fit this role, and are eager to develop yourself within this area
