WHAT YOU WILL DO   

You will be a operational System Owner for our ITSM tool, where the tasks are among others:

- Continue to develop our ITSM tool (Freshservice) by: - Maintaining the functions in use
- Administrate Agent accounts
- Monitor inbox and prioritize requests/incidents




- Build and maintain current Service Request items including involved workflow automations and solve these together with external partner, when needed.
- Be knowledgeable in ITIL processes and be able to analyze and convert business needs into applicable process flows.
- Drive and act in own projects related to the tool and activate new functions.
- Document implemented Oatly specific solutions, framework, SOPs and "How to" in the tool.
- Train new users in the tool
- Drive relationships with the ITSM tool supplier and other partners.
- Close cooperation with 1st/2nd/3rd line support, DPO and Process Manager to find areas for improvement.

You will be a part of our Infrastructure and Operations team at our Business Technology Department and report to our Servicedesk Team Lead. You will work close to Servicedesk Team Lead, Infrastructure and Operations team, PMO and Product team
as well as External partners. You will be based in Malmö.



WHO YOU ARE

To be successful in this role we believe that you have:

- 2+ years experience as System Owner / Product Owner/ Product Specialist/ Developer or similar role for an ITSM-tool.
- ITIL v.3 or v.4 certification
- Project management experience
- You are fluent in English and Swedish, spoken and written


It's a plus if you have:

- Bachelor in Computer Science or similar
- Worked with MS Azure AD
