System Product Owner

We are looking for an experienced System Product Owner with a product mindset and technical domain experience to help maximize the value of the product that is developed and deployed by our Scaled Agile software development organization. The development organization play an integral part in the development and deployment of all VOI products.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Management of the product backlog and release plan.
- Prioritizing product and other stakeholder input to best achieve goals and mission.
- Expressing product and other stakeholder input as implementable and shippable items.
- Optimizing the value of the work the development organization performs.
- Coordinating and resolving dependencies within the Scaled Agile software development organization
- Ensuring alignment between engineering and product around product release plans.
- Ensuring product backlog transparency towards the organization and stakeholders.
- Requesting that the work performed by the development organization follow stated quality assurance and testing processes.
- Be the key stakeholder between engineering and product that ensures effective and smooth collaboration.

ABOUT YOU

- 2+ years of relevant experience preferably within a high-growth technology company within mobility, logistics or e-commerce
- Previous experience in Scrum, Agile, acting as a Scrum Product Owner and Feature-Driven Development is strongly preferred
- Technical domain experience and know-how for expressing stakeholder requests as realization definitions
- Demonstrated experience with complex stakeholder facilitation, cross-functional development teams, Scaled Agile in general and SAFe specifically
