About the position The purpose of this role is to be responsible for a maintenance situation of a bought SAAS solution, including deliverables such as developing maintenance plans, lead resources, resource allocations, setting time plans, work across teams and divisions to secure a stable delivery to our customers, intense collaboration with external vendors. 

Together with your team and the SaaS provider you will define and translate strategy and business needs into solutions and lead your team from design through delivery. You will create roadmaps and ensure that milestones are being met by applying your maintenance skills. To be successful in this role you are social, believe in people and have skills to build and maintain various stakeholders. You are a strong communicator both in verbal and written form and are adept in communication towards many different stakeholders. You understand business processes and have knowledge of ITIL processes.

Work Task System Responsible for PSS
Manage, follow-up and deliver results for the maintenance situation
Full responsibility for time plans, contracts, budget and resource allocation
Report to steering committee/s
Lead, inspire and motivate team members and stakeholders to deliver and contribute to the success for the maintenance area
Have a customer focus and commercial mindset in planning and decision making
Steer and improve the hand over from project teams to the maintenance situation
Specific Competence At least 5 years leader experience
Skillful in managing many stakeholders
Are curious, social and non-prestigious and take initiative to always find the best way forward
Have a business and customer oriented mindset
Be motivated to constantly improve and achieve targets
Like taking responsibility and enjoy working in a changing environment
Have leadership skills
Strong communicative skills and have strong skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
Qualifying Competence Working experience as requirement analyst
Knowledge of Global Online Logistics and their processes
