System Safety Engineer

Job description
We are looking for new colleagues to join our team in a new automotive assignment.


As a System Safety Engineer you will assure that the system safety work of the respective module is conducted and maintained according to applicable standards and processes.

Responsibilities
Support management in system safety related questions;
Develop and maintain safety plans for the module;
Support, education and training of team members;
Support development of the team’s safety work products: Hazard analysis; 
Functional Safety Concept; 
Technical Safety Concept;

Safety concept and analysis in early project phases;
Support safety requirements;
Support safety test planning;
Assemble safety case for the module.




Qualifications
Good knowledge of the ISO26262 automotive standard;
Documented experience in system safety;
Previous experience from the automotive industry;
Excellent knowledge in electrical platform in vehicles;
Ability to work independently and excellent teamwork capability;
Analytical mindset;
Excellent English skills, other languages considered to be a merit;
Adequate Master or bachelor’s degree.
