Who are we:

CEVT is an innovation and development company at the forefront of mobility. Today we deliver to different automotive brands in the Geely family and are based at Lindholmen in Gothenburg, Sweden.

The Intelligent Platform Department at CEVT is responsible for the development and verification of on-board electrical and off-board cloud architecture, enabling feature development for fleet customers, vehicle users and service users. Secure Platform within Intelligent Platform is a Center of Expertise and Excellence in System Safety and Product Cybersecurity within CEVT and Geely Group. Our goal is to contribute to the development and delivery of best-in-class safe and secure products and services to our customers.

What are the possibilities for you as System Safety Project Leader?

We are confident that you have a holistic view of System and Functional Safety area and a solid understanding of the relevant challenges, opportunities and activities to be able to contribute as System Safety Project Leader and sub-matter specialist. At the same time, we help you in understanding our needs so that you see the potential of making a difference. You will

- Drive activities related to system/functional safety planning and management.
- Prepare vehicle-level safety case. Proactively support project management and organization in identifying, escalating and managing safety issues/risks/anomalies.
- Support system/functional safety audit and assessment activities carried out by the independent 3-rd party and plan activities based on the results.
- Secure alignment with relevant stakeholders within CEVT and Geely to make sure that a reasonable level of safety activities has been performed.
- Proactively support CEVT R&D organization with different aspects of functional safety, for example, expected deliveries, way of working, etc. in vehicle projects.
- Contribute to the development, deployment and maintenance of relevant processes, templates, instructions and guidelines.
- Contribute to activities to increase awareness and knowledge within the organization to continuously improve the safety culture.


Is it You?

In addition, you are someone who loves challenges in finding efficient solutions and have

- Experience of working with several aspects of system/functional safety such as concept phase, management/planning of safety activities, supplier management and product development at the system or software or hardware level.
- Hands-on experience of working with system/functional safety activities at the different phases of the complete product lifecycle from the automotive industry.
- In-depth knowledge about safety-relevant best practices, standards and regulations from the automotive industry and/or other industrial domains.
- Good knowledge about automotive electrical systems, electrical architecture and software platforms as well as system engineering
- M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Electrical, Computer Engineering, IT or equivalent area or equivalent experience
