We are searching for a experienced System Sales Person for the South/East territory of Sweden to further strengthen our sales team.

Kardex works in an entreprenurial way and it is important that you enjoy team work and fast speed. The position includes generate leads, our customers range from small start-up to medium sized e commerce companies, qualify leads, cooperation with the sales team and organisation to develop solutions and value proposition for the customer. It will of course include negotiate and close deals.

Your profile:

To succeed in this role you will need strong capabilities within sales and extensive experience from internal logistics and/or system sales. The right candidate are motivated by managing sales processes and achieve success both personally and as a team.

• Multi-year experience from high level B2B system sales
• Sales experience from investment goods and proven successful experience selling solution (intralogistics market) at high level
• Good understanding of logistical processes, and software supported working processes.
• Patient, persistent, team oriented and enduring working style
• A very good networking ability at all levels in organisation from board room to warehouse operators. Create and gain trust in- and outside organisation. Be and create reputation of professional and fair behaviour.
• Ability to grow and develop within the role and organization
