System security engineer

Job description
We at Randstad Technologies are now looking for you who want to work as a system engineer in IT security and want to drive the business security solutions forward.

We are looking for you with a great interest in IT security. Here you will have the chance to develop your knowledge in the IT security area and contribute to the team's efficiency.

Responsibilities
The focused activities will be on product security system activities within early phases, such as TA security studies, security standardization (mainly 3GPP and SCAS/NESAS adherence) and security assurance, including threat modelling and security risk assessment activities. These activities will mainly be performed for 4G RAN, 5G RAN and Cloud RAN but might also need to support other products within the DNEW product portfolio.

Early phase security, TA and CA programs: 
Study design and implementation of new security features
Define new security algorithms, features and mechanisms

Security Risk assessment activities:
 Anticipate and assess security risks early in the development lifecycle
Early feature risk assessment and risk mitigation activity for MS-RBS and CloudRAN

Security guidelines and hardening
Implement & verify risk mitigation plan, and document security hardening guidelines


Qualifications
We are looking for you who are easy to work with other people. We also see that you have the ability to quickly understand different functions and solutions.

In addition to this, we see that you have:
  post-secondary education from college / university with a focus on IT security
  At least one radiostandard (GSM, WCDMA or LTE) or network technology (LAN, WAN, MPLS, IPsec) or O&M.
  Security knowledge such as TLS, certificate management and process security.
