System Simulation Engineer

We are looking for a person with experience from, or an interest to develop within, advanced system simulations, such as 1D cooling system-, fluid flow- or electric vehicle drive cycle simulations. Be a part of the journey with the System Simulations team at Etteplan in Gothenburg!
Your role

As System Simulation Engineer you will be part of a team working with simulations at Etteplan in Gothenburg. You will work closely with our customers and will be a key person in their product development work. You will get possibilities to work with both assignments at one of our customers and in-house assignments. We have a variety of customers within different industries, which allows us to offer an environment filled with exciting development opportunities.

Your daily work tasks can be:


- Perform system simulations in tools such as GT Suite or AMESim or similar

- Document simulation results in technical reports

- Contribute to the development of Etteplan’s simulation methods


Your profile
You will be working as a valuable member of the team and in frequent, close cooperation with our customers, which is why we hope that you possess excellent communication and group work skills. Additionally, you are known for your independent, structured and proactive self-starter approach to your work.
Preferably you have a master of science degree in mechanical engineering, engineering physics or similar and have experience in System Simulations. It is meritorious if you have:


- experience with GT Suite, AMESim or similar softwarese
- worked in other simulation areas (CFD, FEA etc.)
