System Specialist Distribution Equipment - For 24/7 Packaging Remote Support Central Team-LUN0001CE


Description

Do you have solid technical background combined with great problemsolving skills?

As a System Specialist you will be responsible for providing remote/ phone support for Tetra Pak systems (Packaging Distribution Equipment) mainly to our Field Service Engineers at our customer´s plants. You will act to support for Tetra Pak and help maintain the company's reputation for commitment and service worldwide.

You will work in the Issue Management Centre, Technical Service. The position is based in Lund or Modena.

Working hours: 6am to 2pm or from 1,45pm to 9,45pm, changing weekly.


Main responsibilities

Our Customers are located all over the world and your tasks will be:

-Provide Remote and Phone Support mainly to field service engineers at customer site. Attempt to resolve issues, and log steps taken throughout the entire troubleshooting process
-Handle CV Queries process securing that all queries are answered (directly or with the involvement of QH2)
-Involve other Level 2 Cluster/Central resources in case additional expertise seems rational and can support the issue/Query to be solved
-Coordinate Hub's activities support when requested
-Take an active role in developing and implementing improvements, refreshing and developing 24/7 source of information (Website, FAQ, Manuals procedures)
-Build and maintain technical network on global level


Qualifications

You have a technical high school education or equivalent (university degree will be considered a plus), covering both the electrical and the mechanical area with very good skills in automation. Added to this we appreciate if you have a genuine technical interest. A good command of both written and verbal English is necessary.

We believe that you work within Technical Service today with at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role (System Specialist within Distribution Equipment or Senior Field Service Engineer).

We believe that you are a self-motivated person with high degree of initiative. You will work autonomously having the ability to make your own decisions and to solve problems under time pressure.
