System specialist - Online Charging

We are looking for an System specialist within Online Charging to join our team! The Online Charging System is an essential part of our customers digital experience when it comes to mobile services consumption.

This is the job…
As a system specialist within Online Charging you will be working in a team responsible for our new online charging system that is part of our IT BSS solution.
You will become an Online Charging specialist and be a go to person in this area within Tele2.
You configure the Online Charging system and perform quality assurance activities.
You triage and restore service in case of incidents.
You have an end to end service mindset and find solutions in collaboration with our vendor and other Tele2 teams to have highly available operation of our Online Charging.
You do proactive monitoring of the services to capture trends and act with preventive activities.
The position includes On Call duty.



This is what you have…
A few years of experience from maintenance and support roles within in IT or Telecom networks.
Experience from telecom and Online Charging System like Ericsson Charging is preferable
Experience from working in a large organisation is preferable
A University degree in Information Technology, telecom or similar
