Key Words: RAN system design Responsibilities * Be responsible for RAN level system design in some areas. * From R&D aspect, working for the competitiveness of our SingleRAN solution in Europe. * Working with and supporting Tier 1 operators in Europe, optimize the commercial operation scenarios and requirements for customers and improve our solutions of wireless products. * Participate in project solution plan and specified subject; clarify with customers in Delivery and Developing stage. Qualifications Required The competences needed are: o RAN sharing o Security o Backhaul o O&M across different RATs o Radio scenario analysis o GSM RRM algorithm or GSM radio performance * Having experience working with wireless operators, or RAN level system design * More than 10 years experience in wireless and telecom area. * Master degree in Electrical Engineering or similar. Additional skills required * Fluent speaking and writing in English. * Good communications and presentation skills. * The ability to communicate and work in multi-cultural team environment.
