HMS Market Unit North is growing and are now looking to strengthen the team with an System Super User & Live Chat Agent - answering incoming questions and managing our sales system. Do you want to work with exciting new technology for IoT in a fun and fast-paced environment?
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a System Super User & Live Chat Agent you will be gate keeping our incoming leads through multiple channels. Development of our internal processes and delivering excellence in terms of supervision and knowledge will be your day-to-day tasks.
The role will be leading the CRM development through projects, activities, and lectures, involving different units within our organization:
• Development meeting & dialogue with Global Sales team
• Onboarding of associates
• Hosting of educational meetings with colleagues
The role is also responsible for being the first point of contact with business and customers and are expected to keep a positive and professional service-minded approach through our Live chat and CRM channels.
• Pre-sell Activities
• Technical guidance
• Adequate coordination towards departments, units and sales representatives
ABOUT YOU
Preferably, you are a university alumni of tech, and an overall technical oriented person. Naturally fast operating a computer, quick thinker and have no issues running multiple tasks simultaneously. Striving to provide solutions that generates efficiency and structure within an organization.
With a natural understanding of management system and an eager mindset for learning new operations, you will be playing a vital part of our company’s future growth and expansion.
Networking and strong communication skills are a benefit as the System Super User in our team. You will be a key player for our sales operations on a regional level. Being the CenterPoint of our commercial unit, you are expected to communicate flow of trends, identifying opportunities, distributing leads towards the correct path to sales and follow up marketing activities as well as taking necessary actions.
